Araluen is a development of 12 tropical pavilion style residences centred around a beautiful man-made lake designed by internationally acclaimed golf course designer Michael Wolveridge. Inspired by South East Asian courtyard homes, the houses were designed to accentuate their setting between the lake and surrounding rainforest. The open pavilions linked by covered walkways allow integration with the site and landscaping to enhance the tropical experience. In addition to the typical architectural services, we took the lead role in the development concepts, site planning, and consultation on the construction of the lake.
