Vaughan Architects is a design-based architectural practice specialising in residential and hospitality architecture and interior design. Based in Surry Hills to Ultimo, we have completed over 40 built projects in Sydney, Melbourne and Japan.
As a boutique office, we offer a personalised service from concept design through to construction to help our clients to achieve their goals. As the Director of a small practice, Simon Vaughan will design and oversee all aspects of each job to ensure all buildings are delivered to the highest standard. We believe the success of a project is driven by a creative response to a client’s brief that is supported by strong design principles and delivered with high resolution to detail.
Director Simon Vaughan has over 20 years experience in residential, hospitality and commercial projects. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture with first class honours and studied in the United States and Italy as part of his training. Originally from Melbourne Simon moved to Sydney in 1995 where he soon became an Associate Director of Altis Architecture, a growing practice specialising in Residential and Hospitality Architecture and Interior Design before moving into private practice.
