This new house was designed to suit the beachside lifestyle of a young family. The house is positioned below a rock face where the height of the building was restricted to retain views from the houses behind.

Part of the success of the planning resulted in every living space and bedroom obtaining a northern aspect and harbour or district views – all whilst retaining the outlook for the neighbouring houses behind.

The result is a bright and airy outlook from the home and pool, enhanced by the use of sandstone to create a home for the family to enjoy.
